San Gennaro BNB truly feels like stepping back in time. Gianni's hospitality shines, making the stay special with his personal tips on local eateries and attractions. The room is spacious with a charming blend of antique features and modern amenities, like effective air conditioning that was a lifesaver in the heat. I loved enjoying fresh espresso in the pleasant breakfast room. the bathroom could use an update. the shower felt a bit cramped. the place is on the fourth floor with no elevator, so it might be challenging for those with heavy luggage. Despite this, the authentic vibe and welcoming environment make it hard to forget.

Comfortable room with decent amenities. Good size and well-maintained bedding.
Crammed bathroom with a septic smell from the drain. The elevator appears to have been out of service for over twenty years, making it a hassle to lug luggage up 88 steps. The shower is too small, and the temperature control is inconsistent. Not to mention, the ceiling leaked rainwater onto the wardrobe, indicating ongoing issues.

San Gennaro BNB is a gem! The fresh fish at nearby 'O Wok was mind-blowing, and the cozy vibe of our Deluxe Room made us feel right at home. Gianni went above and beyond with recommendations, turning our meals into unforgettable adventures.
Arriving to a silent host at 6 pm was a bummer. We spent over an hour waiting, and the next day, we got locked out for six hours. No elevator to the fourth floor was a hassle with heavy luggage, and the noise was a bit much from the street below.

Fantastic Location and Amazing Host
My stay here was a delightful experience, primarily thanks to the amazing host, Gianni, who treated us like friends and provided excellent local tips. The location in the Old City allowed me to walk to incredible restaurants and attractions like Cappella Sansevero. I also loved the refreshing air conditioning in our spacious room during the summer heat. the shower could definitely use some upgrades, as it felt a bit cramped.

The room I stayed in was really spacious and had great air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the heat wave. I also enjoyed relaxing in the charming breakfast room with fresh espresso and snacks. Just a heads up, there was a small issue with my billing that got sorted out, but it didn’t really put a damper on my stay. 😊

Room was spacious and well-lit like finding a hidden stash in my lab. The host Gianni was incredibly kind he showed me all the best local spots I never would have discovered on my own.
